GRANDE CHAPELLE VOTIVE (BUTSUDAN) en bois laqué et doré, montée sur quatre petits pieds et fermant par deux vantaux, accueillant le Bouddha Amida, auréolé d’une mandorle, en pied sur un socle lotiforme s’élevant d’une terrasse architecturée. (Petits accidents et restaurations anciennes). Japon, période Édo, XIXesiècle. A LARGE LACQUER BUTSUDAN, JAPAN, 19TH CENTURY. HAUT. 97,5cm (38 3/8 IN.)

  • Provenance: De tradition familiale, notre chapelle butsudan aurait été acquise au "Pavillon Rouge" du marchand Lu (Qingzhai), vers 1950.
