• TAJAN est une société de ventes volontaires de meubles aux enchères publiques régie par la loi n° 2000-642 du 10 juillet 2000.
TAJAN agit comme mandataire du vendeur. Le Commissaire-priseur n'est pas partie au contrat de vente qui unit exclusivement le vendeur et l'adjudicataire.
Les présentes conditions générales de vente, la vente et tout ce qui s'y rapporte sont régies par le droit français ; Les vendeurs, les acheteurs ainsi que les mandataires de ceux-ci acceptent que toute action judiciaire relève de la compétence exclusive des tribunaux du ressort de Paris (France). Les dispositions des présentes conditions générales sont indépendantes les unes des autres.

FRAIS À LA CHARGE DE L'ACHETEUR
L'acheteur paiera en sus du prix d'adjudication, une commission d'achat de frais acheteur 20 % HT (frais internet inclus) soit 24 % TTC
Les biens en admission temporaire en provenance d'un pays tiers à l'Union
Européenne seront signalés par le symbole f et ff.
f : Des frais additionnels de 5.5% HT (6.6% ttc)seront prélevés en sus des frais habituels à la charge de l'acheteur.
ff : Des frais additionnels de 20% HT (24% ttc) seront prélevés en sus des frais habituels à la charge de l'acheteur.
Ces frais additionnels peuvent faire l'objet d'un remboursement à l'acheteur sur présentation d'un justificatif douanier d'exportation.

PAIEMENT
La vente sera conduite en euros. Le règlement des objets, ainsi que celui des taxes s'y appliquant, sera effectué en euros. A la clôture de la vente, si vous êtes l'adjudicataire, vous recevrez une facture par mail vous permettant de payer immédiatement après la vente.

Les chèques tirés sur une banque étrangère ne seront pas acceptés.

La caisse de la Société TAJAN est ouverte aux jours ouvrables de 9h00 à 12h30 et de 14h00 à 17h30. T. +33 1 53 30 30 33 ou +33 1 53 30 30 36.

Les acquéreurs sont invités à examiner les lots pouvant les intéresser avant d'enchérir et à constater leur état. Les lots des ventes en temps sont visibles pendant toute la durée de la vente, sur rendez-vous.

Rapport de condition :
Les rapports sur l'état des lots apparaissent dans le descriptif. Les indications données par TAJAN restent soumises à l'appréciation personnelle de l'enchérisseur. Aucune réclamation ne sera recevable dès l'adjudication prononcée.

L'adjudicataire sera le plus offrant et le dernier enchérisseur. Si une offre est faite dans les 5 dernières minutes de la fin de la vente, la vente du lot concerné sera prolongée de 5 minutes à partir de la dernière enchère. Cette durée étendue pourra se poursuivre jusqu'à deux heures après l'heure prévue pour la fin de la vente. Ce système automatisé par INVALUABLE a été mis en place dans un souci d'équité entre les acheteurs.

L'acheteur ne devient propriétaire du bien adjugé qu'à compter du règlement intégral et effectif à TAJAN du prix, des commissions et des frais afférents. Dès l'adjudication prononcée, les objets adjugés sont placés sous l'entière responsabilité de l'acquéreur.

Il lui appartiendra de faire assurer à ses frais les lots dès l'adjudication.

Aucun lot ne sera délivré à l'acquéreur avant acquittement de l'intégralité des sommes dues.
