An auction dedicated to collector’s watches took place at Tajan on December 6. Patek Philippe‘s vintage and modern creations aroused keen interest among collectors, with a 1905 – 1910 minute repeater pocket watch selling for €15,744 and a Calatrava reference 3569 automatic from the 1980s selling for €13,120. A double-signature Patek Philippe Keltz Bloch ladies’ watch also sold for €15,744. However, it was for an exceptional platinum annual calendar ref. 5905P-10 full set from 2017, that time stopped at €64,704. Rolex and Cartier also livened up the bidding with a Daytona ref. 116528 that totaled €34,112, a 1964 Submariner ref. 5513 “Gilt” that reached €16,850, and a Tank Louis Cartier, ref. 3814 in rose gold and diamonds that sold for €9,840.
