On the next 4th of April, the “French Art de vivre in Knightsbridge” auction will propose 46 lots coming from a private prestigious collection, at Espace Tajan and on the Live platform. The Art collection of this French collector, perfectly shows her eclectic taste for the “eye-catching” art, ever-present in his luxurious flat in the famous Knightsbridge district in London. For several decades, Claude Lalanne’s work has been a testimony to her affection for the assembly of organic forms, the use of imprints and the technique of galvanoplastie. Mixing improvisation and naturalness to make real surrealist objects, her works immediately create an attachment to this bestiary that one appropriates as a familiar menagerie.
