Highlights December Sales 2016
Preview a selection of the stunning works that we will be auctioning in the month of December. Next month, Tajan has planned sales of prestigious works coming from six different specialties and covering a wide range of historical periods.
On Monday, December 5, there will be a sale of Contemporary and post-war art in which the works of Anselm Kiefer, Tom Wesselman, Conrad Marcarelli, Alfred Leslie, Danh Vo as well as Yaacov Agam will be made available.
On Tuesday, December 6, Tajan will be highlighting Modern art and the painters of Montmartre such as Bernard Buffet, of whose work we will be presenting several examples.
You will also have a chance to discover a selection of important works from Paul Signac, Raoul Dufy, Kees Van Dongen, Jean Sala, Moise Kisling, Maurice de Vlaminck et Henri Rousseau.
On Thursday, December 8, visit Tajan.com for year-end fashion event. The online Fashion & Vintage sale will offer a huge selection of luxury leather goods (Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Dior), Hermès scarves, costume jewelry and other surprises worthy of year-end celebrations.
Every winter for the past 30 years, Tajan has organized a prestigious event dedicated to the sale of jewelry and designer watches: the Paris Precious Week. A wonderful selection of diamonds and sapphires, antique jewelry, and art deco pieces will be displayed in the heart of our premises and put on sale on December 13 and 14. The Paris Precious Week exhibitions will be start by a conference with Brigitte Pery, a Parisian jeweller.
Finally, we will hold our usual Asian Art event on December 12 and our Ancient Paintings event on December 16.
