On 31th of January, our Wine & Spirits department organized a beautiful auction including lots of different wine cellars and products of French vineyards.
Alcohol lovers fascinated by the binging of the sale with especially 1 magnum of Chartreuse Verte 1963/64 sold 1240 €, 1 bottle of Chartreuse Jaune V.E.P sold 744 € et 1 bottle of Marc du Domaine de la Romanée-Conti 1949 sold 1860 €.
The famous champagne House was well represented, in particular by Roederer, whose the vertical of Cristal and Cristal Rosé 1998-2007 was sold 28 086 €. We note the result of the 12 bottles of Cristal Rosé 2002, sold 5208 €, and the great vintage 2004, sold 3844 €.
Following the sale presented the important wines of Bourgogne : 1 bottle Montrachet 1969 of Domaine Leroy sold 1240 €, 1 bottle Corton-Charlemagne, Coche Dury 2012 sold 2852 €, also wins of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti: 1 bottle La Tache 1961 sold 2728 €, 2 bottles La Tache 1971 sold 4340 € and the two 2 bottles of 1993, sold 4712 €.
The sale of cellar wine focused costumer’s attention in the room and on the Live plateform. Sales started by a collection of 76 bottles Côte-Rôtie from E. Guigal (La Turque, La Mouline, La Landonne) sold 17 372 €, and a set of 12 bottles of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti 2000 sold 37 200 € after a bidding war. Also the Bordeaux Grand Crus had a great results with 6 bottles of Petrus 1998 sold 15 624€ and others 6 bottles of 1999 sold 11 160 €. Lastly, the 10 bottles of Château Haut-Brion 1990 was sold 6 076 € and the Caisse Collection 1997 5 208 €.
Sale finished with 200 bottles of Château Palmer coming from the cellar of a big expert. Total result of the bottles is 28 520 € : one bottle of Petrus 1989 sold 3286 €, 4 bottles of Château Lafite-Rothschild 1986 sold 3224 € and 6 bottles of Château Margaux 1990 sold 5208 €.
At last we proposed lot of Prestige boxes and Collections of Duclot, from 1990 to 2014:
– 2 boxes Prestige 1990 (lots 419 et 420) sold 17 360 € each
– 1 Collection box 1998 sold 7192 €
– 1 Carré d’As box including 8 magnums sold 31 000 €
– 2 boxes Prestige 2002 (lot 473 et 474) sold 7626 € each
